where to find

I am conducting a test with DOSbox, similar to the experiment Wally was doing about 2 months ago. In order to do so, I need someone to provide me a link to download Win3.1 and Win3.11. If theres something illegal about this, PM me with the link.

He was banned about 3 or 4 weeks ago, dont know why.
