Getting a Win2000

Post by GameMaster.EXE »

Sometime tomorrow I'm gonna go out and get this machine running Win2k for sale. It's not gonna be perfect, but wayyyyyy better then my Win95 I'm using to post this right now. My plans will be to do my everyday work on my Win2k and play my dos games on my Win95, if I can't get DOSbox to play a game as smoothly as possible. Just wanting to inform everybody. :D

You would, and so would many people.

Having used every Windows OS since 3.1, I would definately say that Windows 2000 was the best overall.

You think I haven't used them all?

You're right. I haven't used Windows Millennium.

I was explaining how it was my personal opinion, and how for what I use it for, Windows 2000 is the best.

And Wally, are you naturally dumb or do you just act dumb to see how much you get flamed?

Are you feeling well Wally ?
Calling DOS "WINDOWS 0.0????
WTF has DOS common with windows ?
The only "window" you got on dos was dosshell, or third party as norton comander and others.

Djees, restrain yourself, your windows hate is going out of reasonability.

And the greatest joke is that all mac's can run dos/windows, hell mac "die hards" even pay for extra addon card to been able to run that OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooo so bad OS. You are nuts.

This is the second time I start a simple topic but it turns into a Hey-Everybody-Let's-Flame-Wally outburst. Not that I oppose it ( :D )

Maybe I should do this more often...........

I don't agree with you gamemaster.exe, you d'better say:
Wally everytime jumps in telling everybody what suckers we are using an inferior OS compared to his superior MAC

(who NEVER needs update's,NEVER has any security updates, NEVER has any compability problems,NEVER has any problems fitting older hardware on newer MAC compy's and ALL are able to run an idiotic OS as DOS or Windows.....In fact when a MACidiot wants to show you his newest toy the first thing the nutcase say is :AND I CAN RUN WINDOWS ON IT yes, even ower Wally runs it on his MAC, i never met one pc adept who wants to run ANY mac OS on his pc...).

About your W2K: get it well installed as it should be, don't overload it with all kinds of jinglebells who are useless anyway, and you will have a steady PC.
