Board game creator

I am looking for a PC based board game creator, along the lines of a monopoly or trivia pursuit, that can be played on a PC.

any one know of anything?

That is an oh-so specific purpose. For that you may need to go through the drudgery of learning a programming language like QBasic, C++, Pascal, Assembler, etc. I doubt there is such a system around.

A board game is doable in MegaZeux...it wouldn't take you too long to learn the necessary code.
