agreed. theres nothign that I hate more then when some black dude on the bus throws a "whatcha looking at, white boy?" . I mean, wtf!
to be honest, I think that racism is coming from both sides now. and more from the ones that used to be the victims. id say taht 50 % of the black people I see everyday are hypersensitive about their skin colour. they are actually the only ones who care what their colour is.
lemme give an example. im traveling by ttc, on the subway Bloor going towards Finch, sitting in one of the seats right besides the car doors. ppl get on and off the train all the time. naturally, eyes wander scanning the peoples faces, as happens when you are bored. so, this black guy gets on, hes like 24 years or around there. i look at him too, for about half a second, the same way i look at everyoe else, then move on to the other person who is getting on the train, behind him. he comes up to me and says, "you got a problem with me, white boy?" ....
and thats not only with young people. its happened to me even with old women and men. as I see it, they are the only ones who actually take notice of skin colours, and think that everyone who looks at them is actually looking at their skin.
of course, Ive seen plenty of white people being so racist as I couldnt even imagine possible. still, they are so rare, that theres simply no justification for the behaviour of a lot of black people.
