While I don't share Dogbreath's resolve, I certainly do share his sentiments. I buzzed through some of the older posts, and I have yet to find a flaw. There is no reason for you to bail out on a superb community such as this one. Your insight and opinions are indeed valued.

Unless someone has complained, there's absolutely no reason for this.

Most people act stupid when they first join an internet forum. (see "AOLers, the September that never died..." on usenet) At one time most people here probably wished you'd go away but you've been making excellent posts for the last month or so and there's no reason for you to leave. Has someone asked you to?

You care too much about making people happy. It's a given that anywhere you go at least one person will hate you, what's the point of trying to change that?

But it would be a quick fix to depart, they'd still hate me, but at least I would no longer bother them and the conflict would be frozen solid. This method works on forums.

I have a bad memory. I don't recall ANY of this (and it's doubtfull that I was even here for it, actually). I see you as a fine person and model poster, so stay.

I wish you'd stop posting in every fucking place on this forum. Posts are ok, but not everywhere. Every single section had a post from you, which is nothing less than spam. The last person to do that, was lakerzz8.

I knew it! I knew it! The problem still exists! Unfortunately that's the way I like posting. The way Kazer0 don't like it. And how is it SPAM? Little or no advertising, and the posts are sensible. I don't think it's spam.

Somebody ban me ASAP. I regret posting here to begin with.

No, that was me, K0. For, oh, the whole time I've been going to the forums.

It's not spam if it's intelligent, like Lakerzz8, who was a complete moron...

Agreed. How are his posts spam, K0? He stopped making pointless posts a while ago.

IMHO, this shouldn't really be an issue. Post a lot is not hurting anyone. Well, besides possibly my server. :karate: But unless the posts are useless, theres no reason not to post in every forum. It's not like this forum is really big and busy or anything. Having more posts is a good thing, because when someone comes to a forum for the first time, they will usually take a look at the post counts for the various forums and the last post dates, to try to determine whether the forum is alive enough to merit further attention. At least thats what I do ;)

Umm what was my point again? I think it was something like: Relax. If you have a problem with something someone does, please let them know in a patient manner. If you are doing something that annoys people, please try to curb whatever behavior that may be. No one needs to get angry and/or hurl insults, no one needs to pull an Eric Cartman ("Screw you guys I'm going home!") :) I know it often happens in public online communities like this (ugh horrible memories of my ZZT/Megazeux days are coming back to me) ... but lets try to keep things civil 'round here, yea?

Okay thats my speech  JMS, stay already, lets close this thread and move on
