packard bell bundled racing game

i tried the search option with no luck, if this has been posted before i apologize. i am looking for a windows 3.1 or windows 95 racing game that was bundled with older packard bell computers. it ran off of a cd and the basic idea was to chase a gang of street racers through tracks in space and other plants. you had various weapons to choose from and several cars / space ships. if anyone can think of the name i would be grateful.
