I wont be posting too much any more, my dad finally banned me from the pc and sayed im grounded if i touch it. I can only go when i sneek on. Ill try though...

that's sad, man. my dad's pretty strict about the pc, but i'm not banned from it. There is, however, a password at the BIOS level that i can't turn off. good luck if you get one of those!

ive had those before. I manage to sneak past them. Im banned cuz my bro and sis play games on the net... and it breakes our pc. But if you knew me in reality, i get blamed for everything that happenes inthis familly. 5 kids and im the middle child. Ba, i got blamed for them playin, and now im banned.....

I will in the library, but thats the best i can do. I dont have a comp lab at skool at the moment, my high skool is goin through $10.5 million construction

dont think of it as being 'old' but as being 'wise'

and if procerous REALLY is over 50, i am very impressed with his knowledge of computer. Many people of his age don't know a whole lot about computers because they are so ahead of their time!

Actually the few people at the time who designed computers or worked on them have a great deal of knowledge on how they really work. In any industry if you started during the beginning and kept up on whats going on you will have a much better understanding of how they work since you would have seen each new generation first hand.

My first PC was a packard bell 286/12 you learn alot about computers adding hardware and getting dos windoes 3.0 running, people today dont have to worry about irq and dma conflicts with the newer windows.

actually, i'm 14 and i had a dma conflict with my integrated and good sound cards just the other day. i only have an integrated sound card because it was on the cheapest pentium 4 motherboard.
