Windows Adventure game in a futuristic background

Post by ymd »

Hi forum,

I'm looking for a windows game played in 2000-ish. The game is a windowed game, with windows 3.1 style radio button for selecting actions / what to do next. The choices are particularly long, usually 2-3 lines with full sentences.

The graphics consists of only still 2D images. I remember a scene with bright yellow sky and blue grided ground.

I did not speak any English at that time so I can't provide any information on the characters / plot.

Best,
ymd

Not a lot to go by. Was it an adventure game? Win3.x or Win9x?

Maybe look in these lists:

Maybe it could be an AGS game? Pretty simple graphics usually.
Some English-language SCI-FI based games made with AGS in the link below:

I wouldn't think that, judging by the screenshot recreation. It appears to look like a Win3.x windowed app, while AGI stuff was for DOS and did not have those buttons on the side.

If that's the case, maybe try to narrow this down to first-person Win3.x adventure games:

ymd, did your game look something like Dare to Dream?
