My Dad put these secrurity settings on my computer so I can not play neopets, anyways I was wopndering if anyone knew I could undo them?

uh-oh...another neopets fan...we all remember the last discussion about neopets...don't we TD? Is it possible to just ask your father to take it off so that you can play your beloved (though crappy) game?

I refuse to even look at a Neopets website, much less use one. If you play Neopets, you are dead to me.

On that note, why not just ask your dad? Going behind his back isn't worth it, show some respect man.

I need to know some stuff first

1)Im assuming he has set up a firewall. Which firewall is it?
2)Is you computer set up in any networks?
3)Is your computer set up in users?

No. He is using the windows protecting thing. There is a legal freeware program that will give you the password. (it's completly legal because it can only be used on your computer)

try turning all cookie settings off. i mean ALL. so that you get keypress-recorders, passwords, and loads of other spyware. that's how neopets works. just read the T&C.

I agree with whoever else said this:

You should ask him to remove it and give him the reason why. If he says no, there's probably some deeper, darker, reason for it being locked that you're not telling us...

I think he started seeing Neopets on his bedroom wall... or is simply extremely addicted.

Actually, seeing that final exams are coming up (or were last week for me) I should think that your dad wants you to spend less time with your Neopets and more studying so you can get good grades and suceed at life.

But seriously, if you want them back, ASK YOUR DAD FOR IT. If he really felt that it was important enough to you ban you from it, then you should at least try to find out why he did.

I'm going to be doing homeschool during the summer, because I didn't get my homeschool stuff 'til April, and I had to start my year all over again then. So I'll have no lengthy break between 9th & 10th grade.

BUT! I may do all of my school breakless anyway. Then I could graduate early ('tis the cool thing about being homeschooled). And, with my current homeschool program, I can do 11th & 12th grade in the same year.
