PC 3rd person Mech "Arena" game

My vision of this game is blurry, I remember the graphics being extremely bad, the only real goal of the game was to destroy the other mechs/robots that had a different color to you, i remember you could also fight underwater, i never downloaded or bought the game, it came on my old computer. Sorry for not remembering much.
