Nintendo game from early 90s with water droplets falling [Wetrix]

Hi, I'm trying to remember the name of game that I think was on Nintendo. There were water drops falling onto sort of a landscape and I think the idea was to place the drops so they didn't overflow. It was early to mid 90s. I've looked through the list of Nintendo games from that time but nothing rings a bell. Not 100% sure it was Nintendo.
