Orc and human RPG [Gothic 3]

Hey, i forgot a game name which i played long time ago. Here is a quick summary about it
Date : Played it from 2002-2015 on windows
Genre: RPG, Open worl, third person
Graphics : 3D
Details : It starts with a cinematic where orcs and humans ( not sure about the orcs or humans thou) fight in a village and you move in to help the ally humans ( not sure about human or elf). i cant remember it almost at all. I remember you could loot, pick up stuff, inventory stuff etc.
I would be gratefull if anyone could help me.
