2D Platformer You Start Off As an Egg [Untitled Story]

Hi everyone, I am looking for a game i use to play a while ago. Maybe 2005-2010 but im not sure.

The game started you off as an egg in a platforming world. The world map itself was on big cube and u slowly uncovered the grid the more you explored. You can go about discovering this world at any rate you like, and find bosses at any rate you like. Shortly after starting the egg hatches into a chicken and you discover many bosses and upgrade that help you explore new places of the map. The entire game is a platformer.

As for the story I dont remeber much. I just remember that you are a chicken and there are other like you but your the only one to explore the world around you and the more you explore the more your chased by figures that dont want you too.

If anyone has questions or could help me at all it would be great, ive been looking for this game for so long now.

Thanks doesnt seem to be in this list. Man this is such a unique game i doubt ill find it. I cant even remember how i cam across it in the first place. It had a darker tone.

A 2D game, but still shown as a cube? How did that work, did you have a separate world map showing 3D, or did the 2D screen flip one of the X/Y axis into a Z axis?

Good you found it, it's a freeware game I see, and it was documented on mobygames, but not under the bird groups.
