One reason I would prefer to find my future mate over the internet, so looks has less to do with it and personality more.

One reason I wouldn't prefer to find somebody on the internet is because people usually act a lot different on the net than off. No, I'm not talking about the all-too-common "she might be a stalker or a pedophile" crap. What I mean is this: online, people act much different than they do off. I know I'm like that. I visit 4 different forums regularly, and I act different (well, I act pretty much the same on this forum and GH, but other than that, I acti way different) on every forum. Yet, that's nothing like what I act like in real-life. I'm usually the quietest person in a conversation, and I never say anything pointless around people I don't know. Everybody hates carrying on a conversation with me. Everybody I know from real life that I talk to online is quite similar, though with their own attributes. I never, nor will I ever, trust anybody online to my fullest extent.
