Old program to make Shirts, Clocks, Mugs Etc.

Hi,

So I know this is not strictly a game, but it was a fun program that many families may have had at some point.

Basically, a program that allowed you to design custom clocks, shirts, mugs, notepads, etc. etc. You could put your name or text them, and choose from various included clip-art images. At the end, you pressed "submit", and it dialed up the company through your modem, transmitted your order, and a few days/week or to later, you got your item in the mail!

A really cool, early example of e-commerce and customized products.

Anyone else remember using this, or have any leads to the name of the program? I am pretty sure it was DOS (perhaps later in the DOS lifecycle).

Sounds like something you'd have to make locally, I can't imagine dialing overseas to order a mug with your name on it.

Maybe a free plugin to some existing graphics program, promoting a local merchant?
