Old windows Startrek ripoff game?

There was a strategy space game built into Windows 3.1 or 95 I cant remember which. Its really been buging me. I cant remember the name, and I'd like to try and find it. It was a small window set up like a grid if I remember correctly. And your ship was a Enterprise knockoff. It was sortof Battleship-esque I think. If anyone remembers this please reply! Thanks.
