Technically, it won't happen this year. It won't happen until 2010. You don't write 03, you write 3, except for year. Also, it happens very rarely, only at the beginning or end of a century.

Actually, it's 03/03/03/03 (The third millinium) so it won't happen again in a thousand and one years with the advent of 3004.
