Awesome! I heard great things about the New Super Mario Bros. Wii especially the 4 player mode and difficulty leve aaaaand YOSHI!!. I got the New Super Mario Bros. for my Nintendo DS and I'm planning on getting a Wii just to get all the Mario games and other Nintendo classics ;)

Btw if you played New Super Mario Bros. for DS how do you get all 3 stars on the menu screen? I got every single star coin and discovered all the secret routes and cannons but still have only have 2 stars on the menu screen lol

Btw here's a nice sneak peak at Super Mario Galaxy 2 :D

Oh and I saw the Super Mario Galaxy 2 trailer and it looks great. Most anticapated title for the Wii so far.

Little baby lolcats, I'd imagine.

Stick around, nealshireman, and download the games on this site. I was younger than you when I started posting here (nearly 10 years ago, damn), and it makes me happy to think people your age and younger are getting to play these games. :)

I've been around since the iB days... kinda glad I missed the ghettoboard. Forum usuals were probably... TD, TrevorX, Da_Goat, emmzee (obv), Dogbreath, Joan, Ali, Lakerzz8 (hahahahaha)... Good times man, good times.

Welcome to the board, Neal. Like Dogbreath, I too was a young'un when I came around, probably 13 maybe 14.

You mean TravisLewisX? You're forgetting Bobo, Procerus (another ghettoboard original), and of course John the Ax and the infamous WFH (I'll not speak his full name, lest he return). We've had a hell of a lot of interesting people here over the past decade, though. I'd really love to see a bunch of new kids come and start posting here, but I doubt it'll happen... we're probably the youngest people out there who actually grew up with DOS games. And nobody really seems to stick around... I wonder if Neal intends on posting ever again?

Speaking of Da_Goat, he was a semi-regular poster on another board I frequent, but stopped posting shortly after I started. (about a year ago) He seems determined to evade me, it seems.

Also, when searching google, I found this. WTF?

Edit: It's in Croatian... I suspect Ro@m is behind this.

Oh yeah Bobo and his crazy Wolf3d mods and Procerus - the precursor to grampa dosraider. Proc was awesome, remember his "I'm leaving" Thread? Something to do with a rubber duck and a dollar bill or something... lol.

Yeah, TravisLewisX, my bad. And how the eff did I forget JTA? What ever happened to him? WebFailertheHorrid. hahaha. WFH came at least a year after PHP, didn't he? I Don't recall him during the iB days.

LOL! Is that the old story we had going on here about taking over Canada and our border control eating donuts or something? lol.

Oh, we forgot about Kazer0! He was pretty prominent for a while... I can't remember if he was around for iB or if he was phpbb.

DB: Do you remember your first ever post on this site? Mine was getting help with Last Half of Dark... funny thing is, I never actually did go back and try to get it working and to this date I've STILL never played the game...

Yeah, my first post was asking about an old game I used to play called Local Area Dungeon. I've yet to find a registered version of it, though I have played it since. That wasn't even on the ghetto board, it was on a board before that, called UBB.

Another oldie here is 486 player... he's been around since the ghetto board days, possibly longer than I have. He still posts pretty frequently, though I don't know much about him. It's pretty impressive to have been here so long with such a massive postcount and still remain relatively anonymous.

Another one who's been here as long as I have is NastyPoisonSpikes, though we knew each other from before DGF.

And WFH was definitely a member of the ib forum. Just look at the beginning of this thread... (2nd page)
