The same Iliescu who turned a bunch of convicts loose right before he ended his term a couple years ago? Sounds like a nice guy...

Yeees I'm a DOS Gamer. No more though. But I still remember them all.
They all are on my older computer.

'Overlord' is in fact completey wrong, he is one of the lesser 'UnderLords'.
Problem is he wants to become an 'Overlord', and is obliges us all to live in hellish circumstances trying to reach this higher rank.
