help a novice please(kknd2)

trying to install kknd2 onto my computer with xp but when i run either the autorun file or the setup file i get a message "c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt the system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft applications" does this mean then the game is not going to install on my computer at all or is there some thing i can do to get it to work
