Tip: How to play games that go to fast

Hi,

In a stickie there is something about how to play games that go to fast.. but it didnt really understand it.


So... This is how i do it; (works in WIN XP only)

-Download http://www.heijnen1.demon.nl/CheatEngine50.exe
-Open your DOS game
-Open Cheat Engine, and target (by clicking on the computer icon, with the glowing thing around it) CMD.exe, or {yourgamename}.exe if it doesnt start in a dos screen
-Click on Enable Speedhack
-Now, u can set the speed so something like 0,7 or 0,5 or 0,01 or something, and you can play the game on normal speed

The standard way round here is to open the game in DOSbox (required for many games to run properly anyway), then turn the 'CPU cycles' down (basically making the computer processor slower, probably by spamming it up ).

Or using MoSlo, but I've NEVER had decent results with that program.
