CPU cycles in DOSbox
CPU cycles in DOSbox
Is there really any way to be able to know the exact CPU cycle setting that would make a game run at normal speed, or is it just hit and miss? I thought that there might be some way or formula or approx. per game size or fps or something you could use to get the correct CPU and make it run correctly. I noticed that a guess in the below post seemed to have the same question; maybe this would be something to include in one of your "DOSbox troubles" stickies to prevent further questions.
