When I click "start your download," a new window with files in it appears, and the extractor says that there are no files to extract. What should I do?

Right-click on the download link, then click Save Target As...
then choose a place to save it, then unzip it from there.

I have the same prob, but when I save target as and open it with winzip. It's still blank.
