I played this game in canada as a kid. I'm pretty sure it wasn't DOS based. You basically play out scenes from the three stooges. Had a great time with it, but had to go back home before it was completed. So sad.

I loved that game, especially the Moe slapping both Curly and Larry in a short period of time

Also the pie fight in the Hoighty Toighty club was fun
