Platform: PC
Genre: 2d Action with sidescroller camera, platformer
Estimated year of release: early-mid 90-s
Graphics/art style: Sci-Fi, very schematic, tile-based (as far as I can remember, both main character and enemies fit in one square)
Notable characters: main character that came down to the planet (asteroid?) in a spacship, had a big rocket launcher (the only weapon in the game?..). Enemy slimes that looked like fat green commas and had the ability to clime against the background, moving vertically without any platforms.
Notable gameplay mechanics: you started in the main world, you could pick one of the many "doors" that lead to the actual levels. Most of the doors were accessable right from the start, but few required to clear other doors first. In levels, you collect the ammo for your rocket launcher and shoot enemies while jumping around the level. The rocket projectile flies straight forward.
Other details: this game came as a promo on the CD of the "Silent Hunter" game (possibly pirated, IDK), so it could not be released significantly later than that game.
