Office chair game circa 2000-ish? [Harry the Handsome Executive]

I'm trying to figure out the name of a game where a guy zoomed around an office building in an office chair solving puzzles. The game was in color and the orientation was top-down. I think I played this on Windows, but I'm really not sure anymore.

The guy had to navigate the maze of whatever floor he was on to get to the next level and I think he could either shoot paper clips or something would shoot paper clips at him. He was pretty much glued to his office chair though and the only way he could move was to roll around.

That's all I can really remember. Does anyone know what this might be?

Thanks, but unfortunately this doesn't look like it. I don't think the game was Japanese. The main character was definitely guy (I think maybe he had blond hair?) and there were no other people in the office. There were either some sort of monsters who had taken over the office or the printers, photocopiers, etc. had become monsters and would attack you, I can't remember which...

My bad, it seems it was actually a Mac game. I finally figured out what to type into Google to find it and it's called "Harry the Handsome Executive".

Interesting - a similar office setting, but different gameplay; also it's not documented on MobyGames, so I'll try to submit an entry for it there.

It is/was a shareware, first 5 levels playable without registering.

It seems to need Mac OS 7.x, and won't run with OSX. But there is emulation methods that work, according to the Macintosh Garden website.
