Game from early 2010s involving orange dudes

So all I remember from this game is that there were these little orange characters, you'd have a limited amount and you had to make it across this icy terrain to an igloo and the goal was to get the king across. You could place these characters wherever and walk across them like a bridge, or use them as a ladder, or place them in water to get across. Once you placed one somewhere they would like freeze and turn blue, please let me know if you know what game this is.
