Naval video game for PC (2003-2008) [Sea Wolves]

Hello everyone, i just made account on this site to post this topic.

So, I'm searching for video game i used to play on my computer about 2007-2008year (i don't think is earlier than 2003 year) fpr almost 10 years, i tried 15+ forums, and still no one can't find it...

Game is about ships war, like as title say Naval video game for PC.

Plot: All people have war on water/seas with ships (and boats?), because there was incident which causing the water "level" increased over world, and now like 90 % of world is water/sea, there is some little lands and people declare WORLD WAR 3 to conquers all lands for themself.

Camera perspective: bird's eye view. Even graphics was really good for 2000s game (3d game).

Unsure, but I'll make some suggestions, maybe some games got mixed up in the memories:

'Battle Engine Aquila': has the flooding of land in the storyline, but it's a 1st person view shooter, and not on Earth.

I don't see a mention of WW3, you have old sailing ships, but it is similar in a flooded world with islands only.

OMG, yeah it's Sea Wolves... Wow, i cant belived someone finally helps me... And thank you so much !!! I can't express how i am thankfully right now.. Really sorry for that WW3 detail , i was thinking that was main story... Again thank you so much!
