Windows, tw-door car collecting cubes

How do I put this...
I barely remember the game, but it has been bugging me for maybe around 10 or so years? Now I do heavily apologize for not having nearly enough information.

The only part I remember with clarity is having this two-door (Might've been a muscle car,) and collecting these green cubes I believe - I believe there were yellow ones too.

That's literally all I remember, well, actually, I think the game had a.. generally bright scenery, and tended to use white flashes? These two might be wrong.

Again, apologies if this is still far too vague, it's the best I can think of. I can completely understand if nobody is able to figure out this game.

That'd be PC Windows XP I believe, apologies I hadn't checked online for a while.

Not much to go on when searching; assuming a 3rd person view (could perhaps be 'behind view' instead) here is a list of racing games for windows:

(Actually, 'crazy frog racer' matches the 'collecting cubes' action, but I would not consider these vehicles as muscle cars.)
