Kroz: The Domain of Kroz map

In the Apogee Kroz games it says registered versions will receive a hint guide and a "Domain of Kroz" map.

I'm trying to track that map down; I assume it was a file, but I'd be happy to find a scan, a file, a picture of it... anything! Has anyone run into that before?

I wouldn't mind tracking down the hint file either, but the map piqued my curiosity.
