I am looking for an old game where you shoot monsters.. it's a 3d game like doom or wolfenstein .. kinda like dos horror/dungeon/shooter game.. yeah so you start off by a water well the walls are kind off pixely and they are blue... and there is a scary "mask"(don't really know if its a mask) monster or a skull of some kind.. I don' really know how to explain.. it looks like a mask.. there are alot of other monsters but I think The mask, skull thing is kinda like the boss ... if you need more information I will try to see what I remember ) I think you where shooting red Fireballs so Please if there is anything you can remember of this game please write here .. anything ...
Here is a list of things there is to Know:

*it is a 3D game
*the blue walls
*it's a short game, dont think there is a story to it.
*dungeon/shooter dont really know the genre
*there is a skull which I think is the boss
*Let me know if you need any more info!

The Iron Lich, which is the shareware episode boss, quite fits the description in the OP. Also there's water in the first level of the game.

I think the OP posted a similar request in this older post:
http://www.dosgames.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18961

Anyway, I came across some screenshots of a blue-walled wolfenstein-clone game called 'Red Babe' here:
http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/red-babe

The first level has many blue walls and what looks like green wavy floor textures
No swimming though.
There are human enemies, floating eyes, tanks and giant floating skulls.
The game is short, about 4-5 levels.
(There are some YouTube LP:s for it too.)
There does not seem to be any proper bosses, and the main villain is only seen in text messages in the LP:s.

Not sure if this was brought up in the other thread, but it sounds like it could be Catacomb 3-D and its first episode 'Abyss'...

... and its main villain 'Nemesis'

Yes, unfortunately Catacomb Abyss was suggested in the older thread, and dismissed by the OP.
