Help locating old / Pre year 2000 games you used to play.

Old dos game

1-2 players. Could control tanks, planes, helicopters, etc. Even had certain racing tracks with cars where u could take power up boosts.

You need to be way more specific. What genre(s) was thins game? Racing? Combat? Strategy? What perspective (first-person, top-down, isometric)? What year(s) did you play it in?

it had racing(destruction durby type) and war missions.
to play a mission u had to select from a long list
top down
played it like 8 years ago. was old even then

I'm looking through a list at MobyGames, so far only Kombat Kars seems to more or less match your description and time frame.
