find a old disk

Hello i need find some disk i think the name of it is 99GAMES
i remember that is the disk there a games like final fight and street fight and some quiz games and more
i remember that the icon of the disk is hagger from final fight
and i remember that when you click on the disk you get
some a black screen and a command bar in color green
i remember you need to click file and then somethink

i need some a picture of the disk or download link if you can
