old pc gamer demo game- 3d, futuristic car [Death Drome]
this was on one of the many pc gamer demo cd's with coconut monkey- anyway, this particular demo started you off on a circular platform in the middle of a circular room. around the room are 4-6 doors ( i cant remember). when a woman (computer?) voice counted down to zero, you and the other cpu cars were released and went into any of the doors. all of the doors lead to huge rooms that contained weapons such as missiles, magnets, etc. the point obviously is to kill the others. You could press a button on the keboard and your car would release a laser trail that damsged other cars who ran into it. when you died you started back in the middle room and go into the rooms again in search of a weapon. i believe it was like todays shooting games, whoever had the most kills and least deaths won. I really want to play this game again, please help me remember the name even if they're guesses!!!

You mean how do you run them in Windows 7 ?
Well, Death Drome is a bit iffy...
I have a 64 bit W7 and the only way I could get it to somewhat work is Windows XP installed in Virtual PC (95 & 98 didn't work).
Other options include Qemu, VirtualBox, and dual booting.
