I'm leaving this unlocked, but -ONLY- post ROMs that have been released as or were created as freeware. Emulators are fine too, as long as you don't post links to emulators that are on sites which have illegal roms up for download.

also, www.zophar.net has some great emulators, nothing illegal that i am aware of tho.
