please help me figure out what this game is...!!

ok, so the only things i really remember about it, was that it wasnt DOS i dont think....but it was a game that took place in a kingdom, and the king was a big smiley face with a crown and possibly a red cape, and his footmen were actually feet. I think the king turned out to be evil at some point and you had to hide from him....not very helpful i know but if someone could please tell me the name or remembers some more details that would be AWESOME!! thanks!
