I don't remember the name, if I did I might have better luck. Perhaps someone knows the name of the game.
It is an old game (thinking game, strategy/puzzle) you are a boy with yellow hair (green clothes I think) and he has this little weird looking pink animal that helps him, it turns into things that helps you, and follows you around.
You need to go around and help people and solve things. Collecting items for use.
I think there is a blue woman in the game too, who gets a collar around her neck that makes her fat.
And then something about collecting a crystal.
The cover looks like a blue crystal and then a boy getting "sucked" into the crystal. I believe some of the game name has "Quest" and the letter "T" in it. But I can't remember and it is driving me nuts.
