2d tank game?

Been looking for some old games that I played a long time ago. I have found a few, such as jetpack and hover, but i am looking for some tank game where everything is composed of green lines with a black background. You control a tank and you shoot at other tanks. There is also a few powerups. Anyone know what it is?

I had also that one in mind, but I thought it was a bit to advanced regarding his description.

You mean Battle Zone?...
It had some shapes to navigate around, tanks to fight. The tanks turned into triangle shape tanks after a certain level, and there were buzz-bombs that would drop-down now and then to seek you out.

It could be Spectre for Macintosh, I know in the color version the tanks were green.
cant find any pictures for now
