Trailer Park Boys

Post by Check-Mate »

Hey all!
Any fans of Trailer Park Boys out there?
Well, I'm not.
But they're coming to my city...to do some sort of show...

The guy who plays Mr.Lahey is coming to do an acting workshop with a small group from my school and another school.

So I'm excited because he's an actual film actor, and he's also been a casting director, and I think a director too.
SO this is a great opportunity for me (As I want to act for my career).

Just thought I'd share that....:)

Haha, Fine. Apparently no one knows about them....
Anywho, I just got back from the workshop.
It was fantastic! The guy is a really good actor...
And apparently someone is getting us free tickets, so I'm going to the show later on tonight.
Hopefully it'll be good. :)

Have fu at the show. I just read a little bit about the show on Wiki, sounds alright, pity we don't get it here so I can't actually check it out.

I didn't end up going, haha.
I went shopping with my parents instead. Sort of. Well, we went to Wal-Mart, Michaels (craft store) and winners. Yay.
Oh, and Co-op.
Yay.

That silly thing has since become something of a cultural icon, with several people trying to imitate Bubbles' voice.

Also there are several T-shirts with Bubbles on them, doing different things.

I myself don't watch it, but my dad and brother did.

Well at least SOMEONE knows about it.
Yeah, I read about the whole Bubbles obsession....
It's just pathetic and ridiculous.

But the guy is awesome!! (Mr.Lahey)
