Ok it’s that fight with all them huge elephant like things (Can’t remember what they’re called).

No man can kill him, hence why he dies when stabbed in the face by a woman. Of course I wouldn’t be so silly to let that happen. :P
Ohhh, him.
And the chick's name is Eowyn.

*ahem* His name is actually "The Witch King of Agnor," because he resided there for many years. During said time he slew the last High King, effectively dissolving the Northern Kingdom of Arnor. (Note, Agnor is a wasteland north of Arnor, but they're seperate locations) After Sauron was driven from his hiding place in Greenwood/Mirkwood, the Witch King removed himself with his master to the land of Morder, taking residence as captain of Minas Morgal. You know the rest of the story.

/geek mode.

My own choice is a bit boring, but I'd be Aragorn. He had a free spirit and wandered for many years (I love the wilderness, exploring, hiking, camping, mountain climbing) and thus had a connection with all things natural and wild, but was also the rightful High King by birth, and had the connection with mankind and civilization as well. Aloof, but fully grounded in "reality," having both a love of beauty and a sense of duty.

Ah there we go, it all comes together in the end. And DB, actually I was debating with myself for a little while between my chosen character and Aragorn. Not for the 'hero factor' but more so what you were talking about.

Freely wantering and all that, love being out doors, abseiling, kayaking, bushwalking etc, after all I do live in a national park, so if I didn't that'd suck big time.

Wait Julie uses mIRC... wait, any of you use IRC... Then why the crap was I the only person in the old channel?

Since the old channel is well and truly dead, if anyone is interested I can make a new one, a properly registered one this time as well so it won't disappear.

Oh and quick tip for anyone using IRC, mIRC is a fucking piece of crap, switch to KVIrc, it's sexy looking, not to mention better interface (Unlike mIRC's which is ugly as sin), lower sys resource drain and it’s open source instead of shareware crap.

Anyway back on topic, I’m surprised no one wants to be Gandalf.

I haven't used IRC, so I'm not baised in either direction nor am I qualified enough to rate it & in reponse to your statement about no one wanting to be gandalf, please read the very first post in the thread.

Ok, ok, I'll admit, I got kinda busy with work for a couple of days, missed a few pages and never bothered to read back over them, my bad. :P

On the IRC thing, just use KVIrc :P. And though I'll make a proper topic later...

yo how many poeple go on the irc channel?
One time I had a Jack and coke and it had a lime in it, And I saw that the lime was floating. That's good news man. Next time I'm on a boat and it capsizes, I'll reach for a lime... I'll be water skiing without a life preserver and people'll say 'What the hell?' and I'll pull out a lime...and a lemon too. I'm saved by the buoyancy of citrus.

Not nearly enough, how about some of you guys log in and leave your client open. The more people idling in there the more likely others are to come and stay and chat.
