Scorched Earth 1.5

Hello all! IM using Scorched Earth 1.5, but I cant get the tanks to talk. The switch for this allows you to click "all", or "Computer" or "off". There is no "on" switch or check box like the help file says. What gives? :blah:

PS: "I cant get the tanks to talk" means Ive tried everyting!!
