That's fine, for 20 $ you won't easily get ripped. Even if it's junk, no great loss. A wild guess: a 386 or early 486, that's good news if there isn't a OS installed , on those you always can install MSdos 6.22 or a freedos. Nice for dosgames, and if you have somewhere a 14" monitor laying aro...
