Cuz everyone knows where Belgium is ... The largest country in Australia, right? It's been a while since I looked at a map... Also, why do Canadians have to pay $1.39 for fast food value menu items that are $0.99 in the states?! Our dollar is on par. On par!! :( On the other hand, maybe ...

I think that's largely incorrect. I've met quite a few people via Facebook. For example, by getting an invitation to a party via Facebook, going there, meeting new people, then looking at the pics of the party the next day to find the person/people I want to talk to in the future, and adding them. I...

A $25 billion company with an active user base approaching 1 billion members is pretty serious business as well. It's revolutionized the way the people of my generation interact... obviously you can point out the retarded 14 year olds taking 5000 pictures and doing stupid teenage girl shit, but then...

I should look into PHPBB scripting, it might be cool to have a "like" system in place... maybe. Something as in a kindergarten ....? I always think old folks opinion of Facebook is funny. You're 9 days younger than Bill Gates... I imagine that when you were a young man, your old folks der...

That's definitely it, thanks!

Though it seems a lot more graphically primitive than I remember. I either played a later VGA version of it, or more likely, I just imagined it being nicer than it actually is.

Firetruck/Ambulance driving game [Firehouse Rescue]

I figured I might get lucky and find someone here who remembers this game. I played it exclusively as a very young child... the latest it could have possibly been released is 1992. Based on the graphics, it probably wasn't made any earlier than 1988 or so. It's a very simple game. You drive a firetr...

Actually, the best computer I ever had for playing DOS games ran Windows 98SE with an AMD 1 GHz processor and 256 MB SDR SDRAM, Voodoo 3 graphics card. Using memory allocation, VDMSound and Moslo, I could run most DOS games far better than they ever ran with my older computers. I actually didn't rea...

I think it's the original version of Warpath. It matches all your descriptions.

It's still actively supported, but it's been modified and enhanced quite a bit since it's inception (back in like 95 or 96 or something)... you can still get the original for free, from the developer's website.

The flashing red sounds a lot like Starfleet Command, but that's way, way too late in the 90s for it to be your game. Would you say it's graphically better or worse than SC2? Damn, I feel like I should know this one. Go ahead and say anything else you remember about it... and play Star Control 2 any...

You're using an HP laptop, right? When you open up dosbox, type "ctrl-f1" then click on "\", click on the "del" button, then click add and type "\".

Do the same for [, ], and p and I believe.
