A classic Geman breakout clone would be 'Bolo' and its variants. It was initially for Atari ST, using a high resolution mode, with a black/white (grey) screen only. There later was a version for PC (DOS) and Mac, with updated playing screens, but mostly grey also, from what I see on Mobygames screen...

It might help if you stated what the game console/computer you used actually was?

You can probably google for white-haired characters and find long lists online; I'd make a guess at the vampire Alucard from Castlevania or maybe Dante from DMC, or Geralt from The Witcher depending on how long the hair is supposed to be?

I'd say they should rather be in a modded games list, not this list, as they still need copyrighted/closed source content to work or install.
