Both sides are going to lose big, teams have to pay for the stadiums collecting dust and quite a few have debt that still has to get paid. As far as sports go the only reason people pay the money they do is to see the players play, this isnt a factory where the owners control everything and the work...

I have WFW on a 386/40 and a 486/66 system. The 386 is a games machine but I use IE5 to grab files from the net on ocasion and use some windows utilities for cleaning things up (32mb ram on that machine). The 486 is for using old windows 3.1 era hardware at its fullest (has top of the line VLB equip...

Emmzee said he would not mind to apply all mods and start from scratch.. It is rare that people make their own topics because there aren't many people I have to admit. Thus when the election is finished. The majority of votes matters, no matter what any administrator says (Excepting Emmzee of cours...

Starting over won't help you when the older members are bored of the same old "get this game running on Windows Xp threads". If you want to use a different software then do what another forum site I am on did, just archive the whole thing in read only mode and link to it from the new forum...

A 32 bit bus certainly was needed in the early 90s, and EISA didn't fail for that reason. The two main reasons were that EISA components were price and performace. damn expensive, and weren't really all that much faster than ISA unless you were using SCSI or NIC adapters. However, SCSI has never be...

Any computer capable of running Windows 95 (but running dos) should be pretty good. My Dos computer is a old Compaq 120MH Pentium, 16MB Ram, and 1.51GB HD running Dr. Dos 7.03. That's sufficient enough to run any Dos game that was made in the mid to late 80s and up. If anything, it needs more memor...

You can always try to make an image of the original CD and then burn that (use clonecd) with a CDR. I find a decent CDR drive can read cd's a normal cheap 40x+ drive cannot.
This way you keep the original from getting worse and your cd drive has a much easier time reading a cdr with no scratches

radray11 must be a born again christian or something. Personaly I don't care what people believe as long as they don't push it on me. Lots of religions are pushing the only "real" true GOD, so most have to be wrong even if you do believe in a GOD to beging with. The ancient world believed ...

The game boy is portable, some games are better played on a handheld with a much smaller screen or on a TV to hide the lower resolution or just for portability

It shouldn't be illegal, in my opinion. The company isn't selling the game anymore, so you aren't taking anything away from the profits of the company by downloading it. The company that owns it is not obligated to sell it in any way. Its like Disney releasing movies to video for a short time until...

I liked the earlier ones when they were new (3 and 4), but have not touched them since even though I have 4 and 5 for the PC and at least 1 version for the Amiga.
