How far along you came?

Too bad they had a fallout with Romero. Daikatana was awful. Did Romero do any other games after Daikatana?

Yikes, Prince 2 was so hard, I never got pass the quicksand (right at the beginning).

It's not the best because of the simple fact, there is no "best game ever". There's an elite club of them and Civilization is among them. I would say it's my top 5 games, I loved 1 & 3. 1 had that charm, 3 had borders/culture, something civilization 2 needed. Nice review, btw .

The game is bad. It's not terrible, but it's not good. I thought they might nail it, but the didn't. I remember when I first saw video, the second one, Unreal engine I think. I was like, WOW!, it looked awesome. Too bad it turned out the way it did, but on the bright side, we still have Duke Nukem 3...

I also read all the books and they are really awesome. Children of Hurin for example and silmarillion. As for the movies go, I really liked LOTR trilogy, although there were a few things, that bothered me. The love story for example, Aragorn Arwel, argh! I'd liked John Fante books. He's a little known US author who was a great inspiration to Charles Bukowski.

I just read Women by Charles Bukowski. Well, I liked it, but Factotum and Post Office are his topnotch.
