Good eye, I meant to remove that link awhile back but must've forgotten. The DOS version is no longer available on that page, and the author doesn't want the DOS version distributed anymore, so that's that. The Windows version is still available there but of course it won't be listed on DOSGAMES.com...

I think a lot of the problems with Ikonboard were due to the fact that it was storing all the databases using it's own format, rather than using mySQL. It had a mySQL option, but I didn't use it because supposedly there's no difference. (Riiiiight.) phpBB uses mySQL tho. And lots of other boards hav...

I just turned HTML on ... all the basic stuff, except for stuff like SCRIPT, FORM, etc. ...... ie, stuff that could be abused. Make sure that you uncheck the "Disable HTML in this post" box if you're using HTML in your messages.
