This one is a bit less inspired than last year's, but nevertheless, it's up, and the 15 year tradition continues! (You may have to reload to see it.)

Yup, all the pages are hard-coded html. With over 600 entries, it would take a long time to convert them to a database system. I've had inclinations of redoing the site over the years, but now that I'm in full-time work and part-time school (and likely starting to plan a wedding :love: :shifty:) it ...

And the anthology seems quite reasonable for the amount of games ... hmmm ... I already own a lot of them, some on the original floppy disks. Then again, I don't have a computer that has a floppy drive anymore

The only 3D related "Christmas" game that comes to mind is Terror in Christmas Town?

I don't remember what the first one was actually called. It was hosted off-site and was ugly and barely worked.

My other games on ZZT.org are not great ... I could list some of my favorite ZZT games from back in the day, but I haven't been playing any in the last few years so I dunno about more recent games!

Actually I noticed that there's an ocean theme available for the game, but only in the registered version. So my guess is that you were playing the registered version of Animal Quest. The AliveSoft website still exists, but unfortunately it seems like they don't sell the registered version anymore. ...
