Interplay bought the rights a long time ago. The manuals can now be found in the forgotten realms archives silver edition manual which was downloadable from interplay before they went out of buisness. So, it may still exist somewhere.

You are probablably running the win95 versions of the game. Go to http://dk2.ea-europe.com/ and download the dungeon keeper 1 patches and run them in win 95 mode. They've been really solid for me.

If you have 10 bucks(at gamestop.com-it can be up to $12) you could just buy the battle.net version of the game. It comes with the expansion and is windows native. It's probably the runtime error. Go into the program tab, and set it to not close on exit. This will stop it from closing. Then see what it says. If it says runtime 200 error you need to find a turbo pascale patch. The error is in the file0001 and not jazz.exe. So, it doesn't happen until the actual...

Doom itself does have errors, however, there are multiple enhanced engines for it that do work in XP. JDoom and ZDoom can both be downloaded for free, the only requirement is that you have the main IWAD for the game, and a glide card.
