sounds like street legal racing redline to me

i remember this game very specifically you had to pick one out of three cars and then you'd be spawned in some kind of testing grounds you could drive out and get to a shop where you could buy parts for your car and a rifle buying the rifle allowed you to drive out and hunt deer fyi,it may be russian.
